Returns and Exchanges for Customer Convenience
Basically, we do not accept order cancellations, changes, or returns of delivered items due to customer reasons (e.g., items are not what you expected, you ordered the wrong item, etc.). Please be aware of this before placing an order.
Returns and exchanges due to defective products
If you have received a product that is different from the one you ordered, or if the product is damaged or there is a quality problem, please notify us first by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the product.
Due to the nature of overseas products, small scratches or stains may be found on the product.
However, we will not accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply
